Baron Nelson Architects (BNA) has been responsible for some of the most exciting and innovative residential projects in the Greater Toronto Area. The Patton Design Studio is a team of interior designers, technologists and support staff that have worked with developers and private residential clients for over 30 years.
We continue to progress and grow, building on the strength and tradition of excellence which is our shared history. Our projects include prestigious high rise and low rise developments as well as private city and country residences.
For obvious reasons, interior designers are often preoccupied with how things look. The P/D/S approach is different. We begin by addressing the goal that each design is to accomplish and then work to find a solution that is best for the client. Then we concentrate on how it looks. For a Sales Presentation Centre, Condominium Lobby and Amenities or a Private Residence, this approach is extremely important. The result isn’t just design that looks beautiful, but design that works beautifully!

For nearly 40 years, Janet Rosenberg & Studio (JRS) have created beautiful landscapes and intelligent urban spaces that have significantly advanced the landscape architecture profession in Canada. The firm’s work consistently demonstrates a creative and innovative approach to design, a strong commitment to sustainability, and a sophisticated cross-disciplinary approach to large urban projects.
JRS is recognized for its extensive and award-winning portfolio of work that includes public, commercial, and institutional spaces as well as private residential gardens, green roofs, and condominium developments.
JRS is delighted to be collaborating with WP Development and the design team on this wonderful residential project. The landscape design includes a large beautiful courtyard garden that will include lush gardens in a tapestry of seasonal colours and textures, and spaces for relaxation and contemplation. Beautiful plantings extend to the 7th floor amenity terrace, and frame areas for lounging, dining and entertaining. Extensive green roofs enhance the sustainability features of the project. We really wanted this project from the street frontages to the entrance and courtyard to feel inviting and integrated within the broader context of the surrounding community.
